We are located at the perfect spot, just over 600m walk from both the beach and closest train station of Monte Estoril (2nd last stop before Cascais centre). Here you will find the beautiful seaside promenade where you can enjoy daily walks along the stunning coastline. The Salty has a beautiful garden where you can relax all day in either the sun or shade whilst enjoying a good book, refreshing sangria or just meeting new friends. In the evenings the garden is a good place to socialise after an active day of sun and surf with some relaxing music.

Please note
You can join as many of our scheduled yoga classes during your stay with us. Yoga is twice a day everyday except all day on Mondays and also on Thursday afternoons there is no yoga scheduled, instead we have the guided meditation hike scheduled these afternoons. You can choose to join your first yoga class either in the afternoon on your arrival day (if it does not fall on Monday or Thursday) or the following morning. * There are no refunds for any unused yoga classes.
Sunday Arrivals
If your arrival day falls on a Sunday, your first yoga class is scheduled on that afternoon between the starting time of 15:00 - 17:00 usually. If you miss this class, your first yoga class will commence on Tuesday morning, as there is no yoga scheduled all day on Monday.

Accommodation is with comfy beds in a spacious room; some with shared bathrooms and some ensuite. You can choose either Shared Premium 8-bed rooms, Female Only Deluxe 4-bed rooms, Female Only 4-bed Ensuite Villa, Female Only 3-bed Sea View rooms, or Deluxe Double** rooms (Seaview or Separate Villa). ** When booking just one bed, the room will be shared with one other guest but when booking 2 beds together with a friend, the room will be private.

From Lisbon International Airport Transfers
With Private Transfer
We can organise a private airport transfers (to be paid locally) that take just 25 min. to reach The Salty, the price is €55 one way or €100 return (includes up to 4 persons per car).
With Public Transportation
If you are coming from Lisbon airport, take the RED metro line towards São Sebastião and get off at the Alameda station and there you must change to GREEN line that will take you directly to Cais do Sodré station (end of the line).
From the aboveground Cais do Sodré station, take the train that connects Lisbon to Cascais, and get off at Monte Estoril Station (2nd last stop). From there it's a 7 min. walk slightly uphill. Bonus info: Sit on the left side of the train for the best views.

The retreat includes a delicious healthy breakfast buffet served each morning with some freshly baked bread, fresh fruits, natural yogurts, vegetables, homemade hummus, jams, muesli & cereals, dried fruits, mixed nuts, chia seeds, cheeses, chorizo, eggs, Nespresso coffee pods, soy milk, herbal detox teas, fruit infused water and a delicious hot section with warm dishes varying throughout the week. You can also enjoy 4-6 group dinner evenings per week, including our famous seafood/vegetarian BBQ nights*, our Portuguese tapas dinner* or our sourdough pizza and wine nights. Some weeks we also organise live music during these evenings. You will also find an all-day menu serving delicious Baja-Mexican food & drinks, local wines, ciders, sangria, local beers and some healthy locally made kombucha at an additional cost.
*Seafood BBQ nights including grilled vegetarian options and Portuguese Tapas & Wine nights (2 of these dinners are included in the package price)
