Colca Canyon Trekking 3D/2N & Transfer to Puno

Begin your trekking adventure with an early morning departure from Arequipa at 3:00 am to reach the Colca Canyon for breakfast and a visit to "Cruz del Condor" scenic overlook point. Trek deep into the canyon passing through local villages and reach your lodging for a rewarding dinner and good night's rest.

Trek to the lowest altitude point in the canyon for lunch and then continue to Sangalle for the night.

Wake up early and have a hearty breakfast before continuing your trek along the other side of the canyon, passing through the villages of Cosñirhua and Malata, before reaching Sangalle, located at the lowest altitude point of the canyon (3 hours walking). We will arrive around midday, depending on our pace, and have lunch. We will have the rest of the afternoon to rest up, relax in the pool and enjoy another day in the midst of the Colca Canyon. Overnight in Sangalle.

Enjoy your last day in the Colca Canyon by trekking up to Cabanaconde and take the bus to Chivay. Soak your sore legs in the hot springs before transferring to Puno after a long, but enjoyable trip.

Colca Canyon Trekking - Puno (B)
Today, we will get an early start at about 5:00 am and begin trekking up to Cabanaconde town where we will have breakfast (3 hours steep uphill hike). You will then take the bus back to Chivay and stop at Maca village and tourist viewpoints on the way. Upon arrival to Chivay we will have lunch and have the opportunity to visit the relaxing hot springs in town, the perfect remedy for our tired muscles. From Chivay you will connect with a bus that will take you on to the lakeside town of Puno, located on the stunning Titicaca Lake. On your way, you will stop to get beautiful views of volcanoes and you will pass the National Reserve Salinas and Aguada Blanca. You will arrive at Puno bus station at around 07:30 pm.
