Continue your climb for another 90 minutes through winding Andean roads until you reach the breathtaking Malaga High Pass at 4,350 m. Here, gear up and listen in on a crucial safety briefing with your guide—spectacular mountain vistas all around.

Exhilarating Bike Descent

Hop on your bike for an unforgettable 1.5-hour ride, plunging down from the high pass into vibrant cloud forests and the lush Peruvian jungle. Cool air, dazzling greenery, and thrilling curves make every moment memorable.

Cultural Discovery

Arrive at Santa Maria Village

Scenic Hike to Hydroelectric Station (Approx. 3 hours)

Set out along picturesque trails that weave through verdant Andean landscapes, following the path parallel to the railroad. After around three hours, you’ll reach the Hydroelectric Station, where a well-deserved lunch awaits and you can recharge with your fellow adventurers.

Journey to Aguas Calientes (Approx. 3 hours)

Refueled and ready, continue your trek along the train tracks for another three hours, surrounded by the dramatic beauty of the Urubamba River valley. Watch the scenery shift as you approach the iconic gateway to Machu Picchu.
